Title and Summary

Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors Business Development

Overview:
The Advisors Business Development team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Role:
You will be responsible for developing and selling new, innovative product bundles that are highly replicable and scalable across multiple client segments (e.g. Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce, Digital Partnerships, etc.), ultimately helping our North America Advisors Business Development team achieve aggressive sales goals with YOY growth expectations in the high-teens.

This will include:
• Owning end-to-end product bundle development: Product bundle ideation, value proposition articulation, go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and all related sales activities
• Pitching bundles to a varied set of senior-level client stakeholders, including creating pitch decks and leading executive-level presentations
• Sharing best practices/lessons learned across client segments and documenting for further replication
• Collaborating cross-functionally with our Product Management, Legal, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance teams to secure necessary buy-in and approvals
• Developing new internal systems, templates, and processes to streamline sales cycle and accelerate time to deal closure and revenue recognition
• Driving revenue recognition by partnering with Client Services teams to ensure best-in-class value delivery and implementing seamless revenue recognition practices

All About You:
• 4+ years of work experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-facing role; previous Product Management, Go-To-Market, and/or Business Development experience highly preferred
• Ability to own and drive end-to-end sales from initial product ideation through signed contract
• Track record of navigating complex organizations and building alignment across multiple, highly-matrixed stakeholders and business units to effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues
• Strong commercial drive and business acumen
• Top notch communication and PowerPoint skills whereby you can lead and prepare professional-looking presentations
• Self-starter with ability to own and solve ambiguous/open-ended business challenges

Purchase Salary Range: $98, 000-$152, 000

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
