As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative, customer-centered solutions to life. You’ll guide product strategy, champion the voice of the customer, and ensure every launch reinforces Marvin’s brand promise. Your insights will drive decisions that balance business goals with significant user experiences. This is a high-impact role where critical thinking meets hands-on leadership.

Highlights of your role:

  • Develop product line strategies and roadmaps that support growth and differentiation
  • Translate market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis into actionable insights
  • Guide cross-functional teams through the Stage-Gate development process with a focus on customer value
  • Define pricing strategies for new product launches in partnership with the Pricing Department
  • Support marketing efforts with product messaging that reflects competitive strengths and brand positioning

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing
  • An MBA with a marketing emphasis (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in product development and portfolio management
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

 

Also want to make sure you have:
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a product development setting
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with market data and research
  • Familiarity with Stage-Gate or similar product development frameworks
  • A thoughtful approach to balancing customer insights with business goals
