Senior HR Manager - Located in Warroad, MN
Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Sr. HR Manager to join our team at headquarters in Warroad, MN! In this key role, you’ll partner with leaders across enterprise functions like Finance and Customer Service to align HR strategies with business goals while driving Marvin’s people-centered culture.
The ideal candidate takes initiative, excels at balancing hands-on HR execution with forward-thinking strategic leadership, and proactively drives change as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner who anticipates needs and delivers aligned solutions.

Highlights of your role:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy and objectives into people strategies that drive performance and engagement.
- Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to drive execution of HR initiatives and cyclical processes including Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, etc.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and reflect industry best practices. Stay current on employment law and HR trends.
- Use metrics and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Champion a workplace culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, influence, support, and facilitate organizational change and communication.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, fostering growth, accountability, and alignment with HR and organizational goals
- Act as a coach, trusted partner and confidant who understands when and how to share information in the best interests of people and the business.
- Practice continual learning and personal development by staying current on best practices and emerging trends.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field; Advanced Degree a plus
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in HR, with experience partnering at the executive level
- Experience partnering with a variety of business functions strongly preferred
- Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate with senior management \ across all levels of an organization
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs and deliver forward-thinking, practical solutions
- Comfortable leading change and developing strategies for execution of the employee experience
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to turn business strategy into actionable talent strategies
- Strong organizational, project management, problem solving abilities

Compensation: $118,000 - $158,000 annually
