The Associate Project Manager partners with the Project Manager in overseeing door and window installation projects from final measurement through to completion. This role ensures exceptional customer satisfaction, aligning with the high standards of the SIW and Marvin brands.

Highlights of your role:

  • Conduct on-site order verifications, including final measurements for windows and doors. Engage with customers, identify potential project challenges, and submit all necessary paperwork within two business days.
  • Maintain reliability and punctuality for appointments, documentation, and commitments. Uphold a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.
  • The Associate Project Manager works closely with the Project Manager, Sales Team, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Interact with a customer throughout from the inception through completion of the project.
  • Interact with the customer at the final measurements of the project, make decisions about the respective details of the order throughout the process.
  • Address and troubleshoot escalated customer jobsite visits to address needs and concerns and other duties as they arise to ensure successful completion of the project.
  • Review each job for accuracy and update orders in OMS for production submission.
  • Visit job sites during installation to ensure quality workmanship and completion.
  • Ensure final inspection pass rates exceed targets and promptly resolve any inspection issues.
  • Address customer issues related to installation or service and perform service appointments as needed.
  • Partner with Sale Representatives regarding operations issues, new deals, and technical questions.
  • Act as key contact with all installation partners to address questions and concerns on projects measured.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 pay based on experience You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Demonstrated analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bilingual – English & Spanish proficiency, preferred.
Also want to make sure you have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
  • 2 or more years of experience in carpentry and/or construction including installation of window and door products
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes and accept changes in process
