Source to Pay PMO Lead

Job Description:

Program Management (PMO) leader for Source to Pay workstream within Digital Core. Line management of 4 PMO roles. Provides line management to ensure Program Management and Project Management capabilities continue to develop within Mars and Digital Core.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
• Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
• Where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 168,217.00 - USD 231,293.00
