Job Description:
Site IT Digital Experience and Adoption Specialist
Job Purpose: The Site IT Digital Experience and Adoption Specialist will be a key member of our Digital Genius team, driving the use of data and AI to enhance the end-users digital skills, capabilities, and abilities for greater self-sufficiency. This role will focus on enhancing internal communication, educating associates on current and new technologies, and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and skilled at explaining technical information to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Through a deep understanding of the impact of truly user-centric material enhance users' digital lives at work and drive the quality of end-user facing content
- Produce high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including posts, articles, documents and video's using AI and other multimedia tools.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users.
- Develop educational materials, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Develop and enhance the overall service of Digital Genius to end users all around the globe
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identification of key areas of segment value that the Digital genius organisation can contribute to
- Implement AI solutions to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Facilitate effective communication across the organisation, ensuring all users are informed about new initiatives, processes and technologies.
- Create and distribute internal communication, updates, and announcements.
- Provide technical support to users, helping them understand and utilise new tools and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

- Work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in communication, data analytics and AI.
Specifications and Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communication and content creation.
- Proven experience of crafting and translating technical content into relevant and valuable user material.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and AI technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain and communicate in multiple channels complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team player
