What will be your key responsibilities?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of strategic project delivery across Europe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and excellence in execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring all stage-gates are met on time with high-quality outputs, in alignment with regional and global standards.
  • Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Alignment: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines. Engage and align key stakeholders at critical decision points, proactively managing issues and actions to maintain momentum and clarity.
  • Executive Communication & Governance: Shape and deliver clear, concise project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums. Guide project teams through escalation processes, balancing quality, risk, timing, and cost to support sound decision-making.
  • Risk & Feasibility Management: Lead robust cross-functional risk management process and apply Desirable, Viable, and Feasible (DVF) analysis to ensure project integrity and long-term value.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all projects adhere to internal governance frameworks while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive operational simplicity. Facilitate post-project learning reviews and share insights across the Regional Activity Management Team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leadership within the RAM Cell Team: Play a pivotal role in the RAM (Regional Activity Management) Cell Team, including leading content reviews and providing project management guidance. Plus stepping in for the RAM Director during holiday periods, including representing the Cell in the RPMR and leading the Extended Cell Team Meeting to ensure effective decision-making and strategic alignment.
