Make your mark on the future of AI at Mars

We're looking for a purpose-driven leader who's excited to help shape how Mars uses AI responsibly. In this role, you'll guide our global approach to AI impact assessments-balancing innovation with responsibility, and ensuring our work aligns with the Responsible Use of AI Policy. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Mars, external partners, and industry leaders to set guardrails, share knowledge, and make AI safer and more impactful for everyone.

What are we looking for?

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience leading or shaping governance, risk, or technology programs (AI, data science, digital governance all relevant).
• The ability to work with diverse teams and bring people together across functions.
• Strong communication skills-you're confident turning complex topics into clear, engaging guidance.
• A track record of building networks and staying connected to new trends.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST).
• Experience with emerging technologies like GenAI and agentic AI.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Support Mars Global Responsible AI program through:

• Lead Mars' global Responsible AI Impact Assessment process-ensuring it's robust, scalable, and future-ready.
• Partner with colleagues across functions and regions to embed responsible AI practices in real projects.
• Share knowledge and guidance with Associates, helping them navigate AI risks confidently.
• Collaborate with external partners, regulators, and vendors to keep Mars at the forefront of responsible AI.
