As the Marketing Business Partner (Data, Digital & AI) for Mars Wrigley North America (MWNA), you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, harnessing the power of advanced technologies, data, and AI to shape the future of our brands. You will collaborate directly with marketing cell leads across Seasonal, Gum & Mints, Fruity Confections, Chocolate Bars, and Bites, as well as with Media, Content, Innovation, and Human Intelligence teams. Your mission: to define and deliver a high-impact digital strategy that accelerates marketing objectives and drives business outcomes.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between Marketing and Digital Technologies, ensuring seamless integration of data-driven decision-making, AI-powered insights, and agile execution across our diverse portfolio. You will use your expertise in marketing technology within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector to translate complex challenges into innovative, digitized solutions. Your ability to manage stakeholders, think strategically, and lead cross-functional initiatives will empower you to drive measurable impact and unlock new possibilities for MWNA.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or Digital Technology; MBA or Master's preferred
- 12-15+ years of significant CPG experience in marketing, digital transformation, data & analytics roles
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital transformation, and applying data-driven insights to brand objectives
- Experience with marketing technology stacks, AI applications in consumer insights, performance marketing, and agency transformation
- Proven ability to pilot new tools and methodologies while rationalizing existing capabilities
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and expertise in data analytics, AI, and digital platforms
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills
- Knowledge of consumer behavior, demand spaces, and category dynamics
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead development of a data-first marketing strategy leveraging AI to unlock consumer insights, optimize media, and personalize experiences
- Align regional marketing objectives with global analytics and AI product strategies to enable timely, data-driven decisions
- Act as a translator between marketing and technical teams to implement AI solutions such as predictive models, MMM+, Gen AI, and AI Agents
- Support media analytics and One Demand Performance Marketing by embedding agile, data-driven ways of working
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including CDO, ODDA, ODDT, and external agencies
- Lead technical project management across global/regional data, digital, analytics teams, and vendors
- Enhance seasonal marketing effectiveness through digitization, data-driven planning, and analytics
- Support brand analytics and AI-powered digital tools to amplify brand value propositions
- Drive rollout of AI-powered marketing mix modeling and build end-to-end marketing analytics frameworks
- Enable innovation through AI-powered forecasting, demand sensing, and consumer testing tools
- Represent MWNA in global marketing agency transformation initiatives, focusing on data, tech, analytics, and AI
- Evaluate and recommend marketing technologies including DAM, PIM, CDPs, CRM, DMPs, and DSPs

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee's work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee's work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays (equal to 96 paid holiday hours) throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
Base Salary Range: $152,47.00 USD - $209,500.00 USD
