Factory Activity Manager - (12 Month contract)

• Full-time, 12-month contract based in Bathurst, Wodonga, or Melbourne.

At Mars Petcare Australia, home of beloved brands like PEDIGREE, DINE, and WHISKAS, we're looking for a Factory Activity Manager (Project Manager) to join our team.

In this role, you'll lead factory, product, packaging, and innovation projects-ensuring they're delivered on time, in full, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll collaborate across markets and functions, inspire project teams, and play a key role in bringing our innovations to life.

What You'll Do

• Manage the execution of factory project elements through the stage gate process.
• Keep projects on track with clear timelines, risk mitigation, and strong communication.
• Collaborate with Activity Managers across Australia and overseas.
• Engage and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Capture and share learnings to continuously improve how we deliver projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor/Master's in Project Management, Logistics, R&D, or similar.
• Experience in project management or logistics (FMCG a big plus).
• Strong planning, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for teamwork, collaboration, and making things happen.
