You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Mars' strategic objectives, including our mission to eliminate artificial coloring from our confectionery portfolio. What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT project management, program management, or digital transformation roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, project management methodologies, and change management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Nice-to-have: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology projects and programs that support Mars Wrigley's vision for confectionery with no artificial coloring (NAC)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with the NAC mission
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
• Drive adoption of new digital solutions and support change management initiatives related to the removal of artificial coloring
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership
• Ensure compliance with Mars' IT governance, security, and data privacy standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within digital project delivery, especially those advancing the NAC vision
• Share best practices and lessons learned across teams to foster continuous improvement

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee's work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee's work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays (equal to 96 paid holiday hours) throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.

Base Salary Range: $100,129.00 - $137,750.00 USD
