Job Description:
This role is a TRS (Template Rollout Support) lead of the OMS solution that will be selected as part of the EOS program under the responsibility of the OMS Senior Lead as part of the CoE (Centre of Excellence) DT (Digital Technology) Petcare Team to deploy Order Management capabilities.
She/He will be participating in OMS Rollout to defined markets, responsible for driving Fit to Template sessions and managing gaps in local markets in collaboration with Global and Local Business Leads (GPO/BPO), OMS Technical & Delivery teams, SAP S/4 Order to Cash team and OMS System Integrator.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years' Experience in deployment or OMS Platform
- Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Notion in deployment pipelines
- Notion in Data Exchange and Middleware
- Notion in OMS
- Notion in Order to Cash processes
- Knowledge of SAP capabilities is a plus
- Curious and capable of researching and rapidly learn new technical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, proactive, manages multiple activities and priorities, and works well under pressure.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive Fit to Template sessions in collaboration with GPOs
- Gather local specificities and requests
- Work closely with the EOS deployment team, Integration Hub, BAI and Other Edge system teams (Webshop, CRM, Pricing...)
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, GPO, SAP Order to Cash team and any other Mars DT team to manage dependencies
- Functional and Technical understanding of Order to Cash processes
- Participate in the OMS local solution design
- Understand roadmaps and strategies for OMS development and evolution
- Working with Global Stakeholders and processes in each service line
- Manage Offshore and Contractor resources
- Ensure efficient and smooth communication
