As a Cluster Activity Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of our activity pipeline across the cluster, aligned with regional business strategies. Acting as a copilot to our MS&D and demand functions, you'll ensure governance, synchronization, and continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

What are we looking for?

• Higher education qualification or equivalent experience
• Formal project management certification (preferred)
• Experience in demand/supply chain or project/process management
• Strong communication skills and structured ways of working
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in MS 365 tools

• Lead and manage cluster activities with excellence, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Best in Class standards.
• Collaborate across local, cluster, and regional teams to prepare and execute deployment plans.
• Support cluster stage-gate reviews and portfolio optimization efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of tools and processes.
• Act as a Key User for activity management tools, providing training and support.
