Analytics Manager

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for supporting the market intelligence and advanced analytics for PN Europe to deliver maximum value from the data to drive the business and organisation performance. This role will include managing existing analytics and data products, creating and identifying new analytics innovations and capabilities and ongoing improvement/ acquisition of new data.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Responsibility for governance and development of the Reporting Hub and dashboards.
  • Close work with business teams to support analytical needs & fulfil reporting gaps.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver new value-added services, advanced analytics, data visualisation and automation.
  • Champion standardisation, simplification of ways of working, collaboration across teams and ease of interaction with markets and group functions.
  • In cooperation with development & DT teams, creating and building new solutions to improve quality and satisfaction from the analytical service.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in data management, visualisation, analytics and building reporting solutions, including creating standardised reporting suites.
  • Proven record of using SQL language and experience working with relational databases.
  • The capability of building dashboards and visualisation solutions.
  • Experience of using at least one of the BI visualisations and data extraction tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Knime).
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially in MS Excel - VBA experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to empathise with stakeholders.
  • Proficient analytical abilities.
  • Excellent language skills, particularly in English.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
