As a Predictive Solutions Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Predictive Solutions team. Working closely with our Digital Core transformation team, you'll lead the evolution of our Anaplan and data model assets, ensuring seamless alignment with our FP&A strategy. Drive the deployment of AI-driven forecast solutions, continuously enhancing and improving them to meet evolving business needs. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to scalability, performance, and sustainability, ensuring our solutions remain best-in-class.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of business planning and forecasting experience; preferably within a consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Statistical management and modeling skills are an asset.
- Solid financial working knowledge and business acumen.
- Ability to translate FP&A future trends into execution.
- Ability to assess new business models and develop aligned KPIs to drive business success.
- Strong communication, partnering, and presentation skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Translate business forecast and planning requirements into predictive solutions, aligning with Global Business Units and Regions.
- Lead deployment waves of AI Driver Based Forecast Solution, overseeing production runs and periodic interventions.
- Collaboratively design enhancements and continuous improvements to the AI Driver Based Forecast Solution.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to scalability, performance, and sustainability of the solution, driving initiatives to address them.
- Design and build predictive driver-based models, maintaining them based on business changes.
- Configure and maintain impactful reports, incorporating predictive data into Reporting Dashboards on the data lake.
- Collaborate with the Data Model team to ensure end-to-end solutions and sustainability.
- Transform and implement multi-dimensional drivers and algorithmic engines of predictive solutions.
- Inform annual drivers and model review with Global Business Units and Regions, incorporating adjustments as needed.
