Job Description:
The DQ Technology Lead for Digital Core reports to the Data Quality and Governance Officer and will be responsible for building new and effective integrations of existing Data Quality and Governance Solutions in new Mars technology landscape as part of Digital Core program. Based on the Digital Core design and development requirements, the role holder will develop, plan, and execute the technology changes required to provide Data Quality and Governance services for different Mars businesses and systems in the new ERP landscape.
The role holder will work in close alignment with other Technology and Governance Leads to ensure new solutions developed, implemented and governed in line with approved Data Quality and Governance Standards.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business or similar, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in Master Data Management and/or Data Quality initiatives spanning multiple data domains in a complex multi-national corporate environment.
- Sound understanding of Data Quality dimensions, Data and Technical Lineage concepts.
- Considerable experience with SOAP and REST API technologies
- In-depth understanding of Azure platform capabilities
- Proven experience of delivering solutions using ML/AI technologies
- Proven track of delivering user facing data monitoring and cleansing applications/solutions.
- Strong understanding of Database technologies and structured and unstructured data.
- Considerable experience with SAP Data Services and Information Steward or similar ETL and Data Quality Engines
- Considerable experience with SAP Data Models and understanding of SAP Integration options
- Ability to explain complex technology concept using common language
- Proven experience in managing Partner resources and technology projects
- Fluent in spoken and written English, any additional language is an advantage
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Understand Data Quality and Governance solutions from technology perspective. Maintain comprehensive landscape documentation of Data Quality and Governance area including integration points to other systems.
- Join relevant internal Mars technology group to be aware about new Mars initiatives requiring updates to our technology stack or enabling new functionality.
- Working in collaboration Digital Core platform technologies team, identify required data management and cleansing solutions that's not in the current portfolio and develop / deploy them as part of the program.
- Plan and manage required technology implementations through our partners.
- Constantly learn and up-skill on existing and emerging technologies. Educate team on new functionalities such technologies can offer.
- Define and implement transformation of Data Quality technologies required for long term support of new ERP landscape through our partners.
- Working with MDG Technology team define data quality processes delivered within or outside of MDG.
- Development and enhancement of SAP Data Services / SAP Information Steward stack of tools
- Development and enhancement of technical lineage and API interfaces in Mars Data Wiki
- Development and enhancement of Data Quality solution using ML/AI
