The Role

The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with mid-level managers and business leaders across the US. This position will play a critical role in partnering with the business to drive operational excellence, including organizational design, performance management, coaching, conflict management and employee relations. The Senior Associate, HRBP will excel at working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on creating and innovating, and have strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to drive initiatives forward despite any roadblocks. Success in this position requires the ability to gain trust and respect of our business leaders (across Tech, Sales, Product, Data, Finance, and Legal) and effectively engage, collaborate, and have a positive and lasting impact on them and their teams.

How You'll Help Take Us There

  • Work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to architect strategic initiatives that will drive change across the organization
  • Build trusted relationships with functional leaders; gain a solid understanding of the business to advise leaders on organizational design and effectiveness
  • Drive HR change management initiatives across the business related to hiring, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and compensation
  • Coach managers and provide guidance on effective performance management practices, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and development needs within the various functions of the organization
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., workforce planning, performance management, and attrition) to identify trends, aid in decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the business
  • Collaborate with the Global HRBP team along with HR Ops, Compensation, Organizational Development and Recruitment to ensure company-wide success of people programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

What We’re Looking for 

  • 4+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably supporting Technology and/or Sales organizations
  • Experience with onboarding, talent development, retention, off-boarding, and diversity and inclusion practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees, and peers locally and virtually
  • Analytical with strong curiosity, creative thinking and solution focused
  • Experience handling employee relations issues and conflict management
  • Effective coaching and facilitation skills, along with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI/Tableau a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,000 USD to $135,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
