Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, California
Pay Range: $75-$80 per hour
What's the Job?
- Lead and implement initiatives, establishing standards and best practices that support organizational objectives for milestones and live service.
- Leverage issue management processes to ensure effective tracking, resolution, and reporting of issues and bug tickets.
- Coordinate planning functions including quarterly and annual planning processes, resource allocation, and capacity management for Milestone Execution workstreams.
- Create and maintain execution reporting frameworks to track program progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment through effective communication channels and regular stakeholder engagement.

What's Needed?
- BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in engineering or program management with a focus on issue management and change management.
- Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional programs and rolling out new processes and improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools, issue tracking software, and data analysis.
