Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager , you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff through effective coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and accuracy maintenance.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and distribution activities to meet client service level agreements.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety training to maintain a secure work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
