Program Manager - Automotive / EV Fleet

Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle company, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Operations Program Management team, supporting both engineering and operations groups. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and clear communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager - Automotive / EV Fleet
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $46/hr

What’s the Job?

• Ensure Zoox vehicle fleets are correctly configured for their intended use, including monitoring and updating configurations.

• Lead resolution of rework containment tasks by coordinating with engineering teams, technicians, and parts availability.

• Maintain high fleet uptime to maximize operational and R&D fleet productivity.

• Create and manage vehicle maintenance and repair process flows, including KPIs to track performance.

Identify process inefficiencies, analyze bottlenecks, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and improve service quality.
