Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile Engineer  to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer , you will be part of the engineering department supporting various facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of building systems which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.
  • Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
  • Complete hazard assessments and comply with all safety procedures.
  • Utilize CMMS systems for work order management and update statuses in real time.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering.
  • Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skills, preferred.
  • Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
  • Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform vehicle safety inspections.
