As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while representing the company in a professional manner. Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Arizona
Pay Range: $31-34/hr Based on experience
What's the Job?
- Installation and machine maintenance, including diagnosis, repairs, certifications, and re-calibration of various machines at customer sites.
- Perform service calls at customer sites to correct problems involving company products, diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Provide technical support to other service representatives and customers.
- Ensure prompt preparation and completion of service and expense reporting related to assigned duties.
- Assembly, disassembly, leveling, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical issues.

What's Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Mechanical, electrical, computer, and software experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for control systems.
