Facilities Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting various site management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Pennington, NJ

Pay Range: $34-$36

Shift: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm 

What's the Job?

  • Act as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections.
  • Respond positively and promptly to requests from clients and occupants.
  • Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years related experience required.
  • Familiarity with building systems, documentation, and administration.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
