Our client, a diversified technology and manufacturing company is seeking a Fire Protection Project Manager to join their team. As a Fire Protection Project Manager, you will be part of a team supporting various national programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Job Title: Sr Project Manager - Fire Protection
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $150,000 - $170,000
What's the Job?
- Oversee all aspects of multiyear/multisite national programs, ensuring project schedules and execution meet contractual requirements.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and facilitate problem-solving with customers.
- Manage and influence team activities to ensure contractual deliverables are met within required timeframes.
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and track project implementation, including financial oversight.
- Document effective communication both internally and externally to maintain project integrity.

What's Needed?
- 5 years of competitive construction industry experience on projects exceeding $4 million.
- At least 3 years of experience in Fire Alarm/BMS/Security systems.
- Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and administration to minimize risk.
