Our client in Allenwood, PA is looking for hardworking, motivated Shift Managers to join their team. These positions will oversee all aspects of production during their shift. The ideal candidates will operate with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer standards.

- $70,000 - $75,000 annually
- 2 shifts needed; 12-hour shifts

What will you be doing?
- Lead and manage shift teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment, fostering strong performance and teamwork.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the production schedule.
- Promptly resolve any production, quality, or safety issues while ensuring compliance of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and product quality standards.
- Effectively uses KPIs to monitor and direct team’s performance.
- Train, motivate, and supervise production employees, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Work well with management and support departments to achieve the production goals.
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude!
- Required; High School Diploma; Bachelor degree preferred.
- 5 years minimum of Production/Manufacturing leadership experience.
- Understanding of GMP strongly preferred.
- High focus on quality and attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
