Senior Inside Sales Specialist
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join their team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Representative
Location: Steubenville, OH area
Pay Range: $38 hr
Shift: 1st
What's the Job?
- Use Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and graphs.
- Analyze data to identify and scrutinize significant variances, rectifying concerns with customers and applicable team members.
- Use SAP
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and team members, including Sales, Quality Assurance, Inventory, and Production Planning.
- Coordinating order management for subcontractors.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and graphs.
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers.
