Sales Representative - Direct Hire
Our client, a leading provider in the Industrial Services sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of industrial processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will work directly with manufacturers, internal teams, and purchasing departments to identify their needs and present tailored heat treatment solutions.

What's the Job?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct on-site visits, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable treatment services.
- Help prepare and present quotes, proposals, and technical data.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in heat treatment or metal processing.
- Technical background or understanding of metallurgy, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.
