Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Safety Manager to join their team. As a Safety Manager, you will be part of the safety department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Identify hazards and coordinate mitigating actions utilizing the hierarchy of controls.
- Conduct frequent tours of the worksite, observing work processes and engaging employees to correct safety deficiencies.
- Create daily safety reports documenting observations and noting any actions to be corrected.
- Perform monthly audits including Rigging Inspection, Fall Protection Inspection, and more.
- Conduct orientations and training sessions for employees on safety protocols.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in industrial construction.
- OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 certifications.
- Knowledge of State and Local Codes, CFR 29, 1926, & NFPA 70E.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
