2nd shift: Mon-Thu 2p-12:30am,
Floating Fridays between another employee or Mon-Thu 4p-4:30am.

Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will will be comfortable communicating test results and specs to the departments, ensuring proper safety standards and PPE are being followed, working with Leads and Supervisors on rejected products, testing in lab, documentation, and able to lift 15lb-50 lbs.

Location: Berlin, WI

Pay Rate: $19.00  per hour

Shift: 2nd shift: Mon-Thu 2p-12:30am, rotating Fridays

What's the Job?

• Measure & test finished food products to ensure they meet all specifications.
• Maintain records of testing results and other documents as required.
• Monitor and control products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products.

What's Needed?

• Ability to communicate test results and specifications effectively.
• Comfortable reminding floor employees to wear PPE.
• Experience working with Leads and Supervisors on rejected products.
• Capability to lift 15lbs-50 lbs as required.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous learning.
