Our client, a leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a Property Associate to join their team. As a Property Associate, you will be part of the property management team supporting various building operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Property Associate

Location: East Rutherford, NJ

Pay rate: $41.67/hourly 

 

What's the Job?

  • Participating in processing accounts payable by reviewing and coding invoices for payment.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable tasks, such as preparing and distributing bills or statements.
  • Tracking administrative expenses to ensure they stay within budget and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Coordinating document management related to lease execution, distribution, and filing.
  • Maintaining general office organization and providing superior customer service to tenants and clients.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate, property team, or office management.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new programs and technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
