Our client, a dynamic organization in the field services industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Field Services Department supporting the project management team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Peabody, MA (with plans to relocate soon to Salem, NH)

Pay Range: $35.00 Hourly

Schedule:
Mon-Fri | 8am-6pm (Every other Friday off)

  • Manage and organize various administrative and operational tasks to support the project management team.
  • Schedule and coordinate field service activities, maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in collecting program deliverables and preparing project presentations and reports.
  • Monitor and track project progress using management tools to identify potential issues.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
