Job Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with mechanical knowledge and strong customer service skills to join our team. This role combines phone-based sales and technical support, helping customers identify parts, troubleshoot issues, process orders, and manage office inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide phone-based customer service and technical support
• Use a multimeter and read electrical schematics/blueprints
• Identify and recommend parts based on customer needs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Process orders and maintain accurate records in the M1 system
• Manage office inventory and restocking

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret multimeters and electrical schematics
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and email communication
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Traits:

• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Experience with inventory control and restocking
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
