Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Part Sales Assistant I to join their team. As a Part Sales Assistant I, you will be part of the TPM Manufacturing department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a cooperative attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Part Sales Assistant I
Location: Port Orange, FL
Pay Range: $20 - $22
What's the Job?
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
- Determine replacement parts required based on inspections or customer requests.
- Assist customers by responding to complaints and updating them about back-ordered parts.
- Maintain and clean work and inventory areas.
- Manage shipments by researching shipping methods and tracking packages.

What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and correspondence.
- Strong math skills for calculations and financial measures.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Dependable and responsible work ethic.
