Our client, a leading organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
What's the Job?
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring full resolution.
- Partner with management to set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts.
- Assist with the entire new hire process alongside the HR team.
- Manage local accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and communication with vendors.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operations reporting, including payroll and production reporting.

What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a four-year college degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills are essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment is required.
- Ability to manage demanding timelines and work independently.
- Prior manufacturing and/or transportation background is preferred; bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
