Marketing Project Manager
Our client, a leader in the agriculture industry, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team.
Job Title: Marketing Project Manager - Agriculture
Location: Creve Coeur, MO
Pay Range: $38.00 - $42.00/hr depending on experience
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing tactics, product launches, trade shows, and digital initiatives tailored to the agriculture sector.
- Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, agronomists, sales teams, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital content, and event logistics, ensuring consistency with brand and messaging.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery across the marketing function.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the agriculture or ag-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets, customer segments, and seasonal marketing cycles (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
