Inventory Data Collection Associate

Our client, a North American distributor of metalworking and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products and services, is seeking an Inventory Data Collection Associate to join their team in East Aurora, NY.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on inventory experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with industrial or warehouse environments.

Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: On-site in East Aurora, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and enter item data into Excel-style spreadsheets
  • Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
  • Provide exceptional service to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, data entry)
  • Strong computer literacy, including email and internet browsers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Industrial knowledge preferred
