Job Title: Inside Sales & Office Support Administrator
Location: Rockledge, FL
Pay: $16.38/hour (+ commission after 90 days)
What's the Job?
- Conduct outbound phone sales including both warm and cold calls to existing customers and potential clients.
- Assist customers, partners, and the sales team with general inquiries while managing sales and rental contracts.
- Efficiently handle inbound phone calls, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Create, scan, save, and upload documents to CRM, maintaining the database by adding and auditing new leads.

What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of phone sales experience (B2B experience a plus!)
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills
