Our client, a dynamic leader in the industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inside Sales
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Range: $24/hr - $26/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
What's the Job?
- Maintain existing customer relationships through phone calls, emails, or online meetings.
- Introduce products or services and analyze the needs of potential customers.
- Proactively track sales progress and achieve company-set sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, contracts, and related matters.
- Collect and record market and customer feedback to help improve products or sales processes.
What's Needed?
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office software, CRM, and remote meeting tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to handle sales pressure.
- Experience in maintaining customer relationships and managing sales processes.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, customer service, and field sales teams.
