We are looking for an energetic and results-driven In-Market Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. This role is key to ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting our company’s hiring goals.
 
Job Title: Recruiter 

Pay Rate: $21-$24/hr
Hours: 8AM - 5PM

This Recruiter will be reporting into two different locations during the week in Harrisburg, PA and Chambersburg, PA. This is NOT a remote role.

  • Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Extend offers and manage onboarding process
  • Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks
