Human Resources Manager

📍 Location: Arvada, Colorado (In-Office)
đź’Ľ Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (Negotiable based on education and experience)
đź•’ Full-Time | Regional Support: Colorado & Idaho

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our West Region operations across Colorado and Idaho. This is a hands-on, strategic role that partners closely with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with Business Unit leaders and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Drive employee development initiatives and talent management programs.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, leave administration, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-regionally to ensure consistency in HR practices and programs.
  • Utilize HRIS and data analytics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
  • Travel approximately 25–35% to support regional operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR leadership experience; construction industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (including custom report writing).
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive organizational change.
  • Experience in recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to travel in and out of state as needed.
