Human Resources Manager
📍 Location: Arvada, Colorado (In-Office)
💼 Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (Negotiable based on education and experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our West Region operations across Colorado and Idaho. This is a hands-on, strategic role that partners closely with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with Business Unit leaders and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Drive employee development initiatives and talent management programs.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, leave administration, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate cross-regionally to ensure consistency in HR practices and programs.
- Utilize HRIS and data analytics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Travel approximately 25–35% to support regional operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR leadership experience; construction industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (including custom report writing).
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive organizational change.
- Experience in recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
- Ability to travel in and out of state as needed.
