End User Computing Analyst
Location: Fairhaven, MA (Onsite)
Salary: $26/hour
Duration: Through December 31, 2025
Our client, Acushnet Company—a global leader in the sporting goods industry—is seeking an End User Computing Analyst to join their team. As an End User Computing Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Services department supporting the End User Support and Infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Provide first and second-level support by responding to service requests and problem tickets.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, wireless equipment, and related hardware/software.
- Perform on-site analysis and use independent judgment to resolve computing issues.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose, install, and upgrade software and hardware.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Provide written reports including status updates, incident summaries, and performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an IS Service Desk or End User Computing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to support users at all organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in desktop hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile devices, and PC imaging/deployment.
