Our client, an innovative leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Digital Press Operator to join their team. As a Digital Press Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Digital Press Operator

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Operate and maintain digital printing equipment to ensure high-quality output.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machinery.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

What's Needed?

  • Understanding of scanning, printing processes, and color management principles. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift 60lbs
  • Familiarity with RIP software, color management, and digital file formats (PDF, TIFF, etc.)
  • Ability to differentiate similar colors
