Data Validation Coordinator
A manufacturing client in Pella is currently seeking a Data Validation Coordinator to join their team. As a Data Validation Coordinator, you will be part of the data group supporting the legal department. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office, organizational and customer service skills. This is a 6 month contract position and requires this person to work onsite.
Job Title: Data Validation Coordinator
Location: Pella, IA
Pay Range: $24.00 per hour
Shift: 8 hours between the working hours of 7AM-5PM
What's the Job?
- Perform high-volume data entry using various computer applications and software while maintaining a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
- Review customer and registration data for errors, missing information, or discrepancies and verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents or communicating with team members.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company’s products and services while knowing when to escalate inquiries to avoid delays in assistance.
- Support a variety of customers using oral and written communication to provide informative, courteous, and professional assistance.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, managing confrontation in high-pressure situations with patience and perseverance.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED certificate and three or more years of experience in data entry, customer support, or equivalent training. Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experienced Microsoft Office user.
- Demonstration of strong organizational skills while determining priorities accurately.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate, and carry out appropriate action for given situations.
