Our client is seeking a Communications Project Manager to join their team. As a Communications Project Manager, you will be part of the Marketing and Communications department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Communications Project Manager

Location: Ada, MI

Pay Rate: $37/hr

Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Facilitate the development of creative work ensuring it meets project objectives as well as quality and brand standards.
  • Execute campaigns in alignment with workflow processes, manage jobs via our Workfront platform, and mitigate risks.
  • Set and facilitate creative kick-off and review meetings, ensuring timely delivery of creative and content briefs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and creative agency partners to ensure mutual understanding of key expectations and deadlines.
  • Work day-to-day with stakeholders, creative agencies, and other vendors to ensure plans are executed with distinction.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 3 years experience facilitating development/delivery of marketing communication assets including digital, print, and video.
  • Preferred experience in project management, communications, or other creative agency roles.
  • Proficiency in managing work via Workfront or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
