Our client, a leading organization in finance transformation, is seeking a Business Program Manager Sr to join their team. As a Business Program Manager Sr, you will be part of a dynamic project team supporting various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: D.O.E.
Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

- Independently lead moderately sized, medium complexity programs or portfolios, managing scope, risk, business value, schedule, and budget.
- Assist in defining objectives and developing program plans to ensure appropriate resource allocation according to program specifications.
- Drive clarity on program objectives, priorities, and measures while identifying and recommending solutions for program needs.
- Develop strong relationships with business clients and technology partners to manage program delivery expectations and implementation.
- Gather and deliver metrics required by the program, using data to drive insights and action plans to pursue program goals.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or significant related work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in project analysis, design, documentation, and project management.
- Ability to work with general direction to scope, plan, and manage cross-department or multi-department programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex assignments effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build rapport within the company and with external vendors.
