Now Hiring: Office & Lumber Sales Associate
📍 Location: On-site in beautiful Tahoe City
💼 Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
💰 Pay: $25/hr DOE
🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and customer-focused team player to join our front office. You’ll be the go-to person for contractors and customers, helping manage sales, logistics, and day-to-day operations. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, this is the role for you.

Bonus points if you know your way around lumber and building materials—but we’re happy to train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with contractors and customers
• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes and bids
• Coordinate deliveries with our yard and driving teams
• Manage special orders and custom mill requests
• Keep inventory and order records organized and up to date
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
• Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine

What You Bring:

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong math skills (especially for lumber sales)
• Tech-savvy with building product software (or eager to learn)
• Clear, confident communication—written and verbal
• A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently
