Building Engineer

Our client, an innovative leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Engineer

Location: Bonita Springs, FL

Pay Range: $30 hr-$35 hr

Shift: 7:30am-4pm (Monday – Friday) + possible overtime

What's the Job?

• Maintain and oversee the operation of building systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance building performance and efficiency.

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
