Bilingual Equipment Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Bilingual Equipment Engineer to join their team. As a Bilingual Equipment Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the maintenance and improvement of production equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Equipment Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese

What's the Job?

• Inspect, test, and oversee production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in evaluating procedures and identifying potential equipment failures.
• Utilize hand tools and electrical testing devices for equipment maintenance.
• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment.
• Lead and supervise Equipment Technicians in maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

• Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited college, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software (AUTOCAD, PRO-E, Inventor, Solidworks).
• At least 3 years of related working experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
