Our client, a Construction Equipment Distributor is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join their team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be part of the Sales Group supporting existing customers and developing new business. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, good customer service skillset and a drive to win new business which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regional Account Manager/Distributor Sales
Location: Midwest/Eastern United States
Pay Range: $82/k + commission (annual comp can range from $110/k and above depending on earning potential)

- Develop and manage relationships with existing distributor customers and identify new distributor opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with key end-users to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen existing distributor relationships
- Collaborate with distributors to execute marketing and sales initiatives
- Identify and participate in trade shows and industry events to build visibility and generate leads.
What’s Needed?
- Ability to travel up to 50% via plane or car
- Working thru dealers/distribution
- Call on a large existing customer base as well as develop new customers
- Previous Distributor/Dealer Sales experience
- Self Motivated individual-$1.8M territory
