As an Account Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully with the organization's core values.
Job Title: Temporary Account Manager
Location: Exeter, NH
Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience
What's the Job?
- Providing exceptional support to clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.
- Accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Managing customer billing processes, including invoice generation and reconciliation.
- Effectively using SAGE software for various administrative and customer-related tasks.
- Maintaining professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times.

- Proven experience in a customer service role.
